Ontario, CA — October 16, 2026 — South West Logistics Inc. supported Henry Schein’s delivery to CareNow in New Braunfels, Texas, with a one-day turnaround through its San Antonio service team, meeting an October 14 delivery commitment.
The assignment required the team to adjust existing schedules and coordinate the movement of medical equipment from San Antonio to the customer’s location in New Braunfels. SWL worked with its local delivery team to accommodate the deadline and carry the order through to its destination.
A separate arrival. A second response.
A separate stretcher shipment added another scheduling challenge. It arrived in San Antonio at 9 a.m. on October 14, requiring an additional delivery arrangement. The team adjusted driver assignments to accommodate an early delivery window the following morning.
“For an equipment sales representative, the commitment continues after the order is placed,” said Scott Sloan, Director of Operations at South West Logistics Inc. “Our job is to help carry that commitment through to the customer. Our San Antonio team moved things around and made this happen, then responded again when the stretcher arrived separately.”
Carrying the commitment through.
The project illustrates the role responsive delivery coordination plays in supporting medical equipment sales. Receiving freight, arranging local resources, and adapting to separate arrivals help connect the sales process with the customer’s delivery requirements.
SWL’s work in New Braunfels reflects its continued development of healthcare logistics capabilities in Texas, combining centralized coordination with local delivery resources.
